First Last Consent* I agree to the terms of servicePlease Read Terms of Service • Payments are due on your due date each month. $10 Late fee is applied after 10 days of no payment. • If you want your due date changed to a specific date, rate will be pro-rated to the new date. • Once late, service will be on hold until payment is made. • Once you are on the no pick up list due to nonpayment, payment must be made before your pickup day to receive service. If payment is made on scheduled pickup day and already on no pickup list, you will have to wait till the following week for service. There is a $20 charge to send a driver to service you if payment is made on your pickup day and you request for us to service you. • If paying by mail, check should be sent out with plenty of time to ensure delivery by due date. Any checks received after the 10-day period is considered late. • If the payment is declined there will be a fee to cover charges made by the bank. This is a pass-through charge. • Payments may be made however is convenient for you: o By leaving in plastic bag with address on trash o By mail to address above o Drop box on fence at 1010 N Louise o Debit or credit through PayPal (send to casscountysanitation@aol.com) • To suspend or cancel service please do so in writing, otherwise billing will continue. • We do not accept cash payments taped to the trash can or cash payments given to the truck drivers. We are not responsible for payments lost in transit. We only accept cash payments via drop box. • We service once per week. Depending on where you live, that will determine which day we will service your area. • Customers have a pickup "Day", not a pickup "Time". Route time may change due to route changes. • In the rare case that we miss you on your pickup day, we will get you serviced the following day. Please just reach out to us that next morning and we'll get you taken care of. • Container MUST be out by curb and bagged in order for us to pick up. • Customer is allowed to have two extra bags, anything over two bags is $2 per bag. • We start running the route at 7 am. Please have the trash bin out the night before your pickup day or before 7 am. • If the trash bin is not out when the driver goes by for pick up, driver takes a picture of the bin not being out and it's saved on your file. We will get it picked up the FOLLOWING week on your pickup day. • We do offer to go back and pick up your trash if you forgot to put it out by curb, there will be a $20 upfront charge. Call us if you do need for us to go back to pick it up. • Please tie all bags. General household trash only. No large items. • Limit weight to 30 pounds per bag. • Put all medical sharps in a plastic laundry bottle. (Per Texas law) • Alternate pickup on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day ONLY. (Run all other holidays) • Changes or delays to pickup will be posted on Facebook. • By submitting your request for service, you are agreeing to Cass County Sanitation’s Terms of Service.
